Australias largest private village operator, Living Choice, has recognised the health driven market and continues to invest despite the capital market problems of the majors. It has achieved approval from Unley Council in Adelaide to build 190 one and two-bedroom Supported Living apartments as an $80 million luxury retirement village in Fullarton.
