Lutheran Services’ Alondra Residences takes out Seniors Award at Master Builders Association 2020 Housing and Construction Awards

The Not For Profit has been again recognised with its 52-apartment Alondra Residences in Nundah, Queensland, winning the Seniors Award at the Master Builders Association 2020 Housing and Construction Awards.

As we covered here, the seven-level retirement village already took out the state award for its Swiss-inspired design and range of supported living services, including an in-house concierge, courtesy shuttle bus, a 24-hour call system and neighbouring aged care home.

Lutheran Services CEO Nick Ryan said the boutique facility had a strong focus on offering quality living, safety and wellbeing for its residents.

Lutheran has 10 retirement villages and 10 aged care homes plus home care services across Queensland.
