NSW: Bonny Hills Carnegie Cove development moving forward

The “usual development hurdles” have been blamed for the delayed Bonny Hills development but the Carnegie Cove project is moving forward, says project manager Lincoln Daley. Carnegie Cove is a development by the Australian Retirement Group and managed by Bendix Constructions. In total around $160 million will be spent on the 415 hectare Bonny Hills site. Stage one works include the construction of an over 55s residential estate and shopping centre.
