Prediction: Any Sale of a Village Over Next Six Months Will Be a Forced Sales

Peter McMullen of Jones Lang LaSalle stated bluntly that only operators under extreme duress will sell over the next six months, and predicted discount rates of “20-30% or higher”. For partially developed villages or vacant sites he predicts discounts of 30-50%. He added this is a very good market for Not For Profits to pick up sites.
