Prime Trust has sold the Veronica Nursing Home, located in their big Brentwood retirement village on the Central Coast of NSW, for $8.5 million, a $1.5 million or 18% reduction on its book value. They also have six aged care and four retirement village properties for sale. At the same time they have opened a new, luxury aged care facility in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
