The Village Retirement Group’s The Village Coorparoo at Coorparoo in QLD has taken out the top prize at the National Awards held on Friday night.

It’s yet another nod for Michael Harrison and his son Justin, who own four villages in the Brisbane area, after Coorparoo won the UDIA Best Seniors Living Award and Best Development overall in 2015.

This year’s runners-up were Australian Unity’s Lifestyle Manor in Bondi, NSW; Stockland’s Mernda retirement village in Mernda, VIC; and M’bark’s Wivenhoe Village in Cobbitty, NSW.
