1 min read

Brisbane-based property developers Pesdev Group has approval to build four residential aged care facilities in Queensland.

Pesdev Group, whose residential land release at Essence@The Crossing has sold out, has approval to build residential aged care facilities at Boondall (103 RAC suites pictured), 3.5km north of Brisbane; a 108-bed RAC complex next to Gympie Hospital, 171km north of Brisbane, a RAC facility at Beerwah, 80km north of Brisbane, and a massive resort-style retirement complex with almost 400 units in the town of Albany Creek, 18.8km north-west of Brisbane.

All locations have been identified as in need of additional aged care places and Pesdev has not revealed who will be the approved operator of the facilities.

One of the directors of Pesdev Group is Essence Living CEO Michael Pescatore.
