Quietly rental village operator Eureka continues to build

Greg Rekers continues to consolidate the rental village operator Eureka which has re-engineered itself out of the ashes of the Village Life and SunnyCove corpses. They have rationalised down to 29 locations nationally and quietly purchasing from investor syndicates individual villages. This week they announced the contract to purchase a 51 unit rental village in Smithfield (Cairns) for $3.125M.

They are actively promoting to new investors their village concept as being an investment with a heart. Check out their video HERE. (Not produced by villages.com.au).
