The ASX-listed operator has added 1,440 places since listing in 2014, completing five acquisitions all purchased from Not For Profits according to its latest Macquarie Australia conference presentation.
Its current greenfield development pipeline is also looking healthy with 10 facilities and 1,247 places to be delivered by the end of this year for around $200 to $300 million in net RAD cash flows.
Regis points out all of its facilities have a nurse on every shift.
