Monday through Thursday this week 270 people from the not-for-profit and private sectors met at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. Roland Naufal of 4C’s Consulting had attracted the world’s most successful private care operator (Paul Klaassen) and the world's most successful not-for-profit operator (Hans Becker) to be speakers.
