Andrew Giles is leading a select group of CEOs on an 8 day study tour of 11 leading village and care facilities in and around the San Francisco basin, departing this weekend. Included is a 3 hour personal briefing by Mr. Win Marshall, Chairman of AAHSA (American Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing), the national organisation representing 5000 not-for-profit nursing homes, retirement communities, assisted living residences and senior housing .
