SA’s ACH Group acquires Adelaide hospital site for aged care development

The Adelaide-based Not For Profit plans to transform the Repatriation General Hospital at Daw Park, 7km from the CBD, into a health, education and ageing precinct after purchasing the site from SA Health.

While the price paid for the site remains confidential, ACH says it expects to take ownership by the end of the year.

As we reported here, ACH had been developing the project as part of a consortium.

It will now take the lead on the redevelopment, which will boast a range of residential accommodation styles, plus aged care, health, educational, retail and research facilities, with community consultation already underway.
