Southern Cross Care commences a $46M village and care facility in Hobart

Clarence Council has assisted Southern Cross Care with land from the Rosny Park Golf Course. Investing $46M, Southern Cross Care is building 76 ILUs, 16 serviced apartments and a 60 bed aged care facility. The first 29 ILUs plus the club house will be completed by October (in just 3 months).
