Talius lands Adventist deal as rollout opens door to scale
A new technology rollout across two Queensland aged care sites is positioning Talius Group Limited for broader expansion.
The company has signed a Master Services Agreement with Adventist Retirement Plus, marking a new commercial relationship with one of the country’s more established faith-based operators.
The initial deployment will see Nurse Call and Sleep Systems installed at Melody Park on the Gold Coast and Victoria Point in Brisbane, covering around 220 beds, with delivery targeted by June.
But the significance sits less in the footprint, and more in the structure behind it.
The two-site rollout carries a total contract value of $565,000, including hardware and three years of recurring platform revenue.

Of that, $442,000 is tied to near-term hardware supply and installation, while around $40,000 per annum will flow into recurring revenue over the initial term.
A small start with a larger pathway
The Master Services Agreement establishes a framework for expansion across Adventist’s remaining sites without re-entering a full procurement process, with further Statements of Work expected to follow.
That model is central to Talius’ strategy – securing an initial deployment, then scaling across multi-site operators to build recurring revenue.
“This is precisely the type of scalable, operator-led engagement that underpins our Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth ambitions,” Managing Director and CEO Pat Howard said.

Adventist Retirement Plus operates four sites in Queensland, with discussions also underway across the broader Adventist aged care network.
For Talius, the deal strengthens its position in a sector where providers are increasingly turning to technology to support compliance, workflow management and real-time care monitoring.
The company currently reports more than 51,000 active subscriptions and $3.3 million in annual recurring revenue, up 12.7% year-on-year.
The question now is how quickly the rollout extends beyond the initial two sites.
