Aged care workers rallied in Hobart on the Parliament lawns last week to lobby the Federal Government on aged care funding, according to The Mercury.
The Health and Community Sector Union says staff for one provider have been told they need to limit the time providing care to a resident to six minutes (such as showering).
The Union wants more staff, more pay and more government funding.
