Hometown Australia to build first wellness centre at SA land lease community

1 min read

The major land lease operator, owned by Hometown America, has started selling Stage One homes at its retirement village in the river port of Goolwa, 85km from Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula, with eight designs available.

The 181 new homes, together with a brand new wellness centre, will add to the existing Seachange community amenities.

Hometown Australia's first wellness centre design has a strong connection to the outdoors and the community's beachside culture. There will be an indoor heated swimming pool, pickle ball courts, bowling green, gym and an outdoor terrace and covered alfresco area with BBQ amenities.

“The Seachange expansion will assist in the housing demand with 181 new homes to be complete by the end of the development. Stage one homes recently entered the market at a varied price range providing affordable options for those over 50,” said Kerry Lange, Sales Manager.

"At the moment we are seeing a high demand for not only quality homes for those over 50, but homes that are affordable in this thriving region."
