VIC: Lyndoch Living acquires 40-bed aged care facility

The community-owned Not For Profit will take over the May Noonan Centre in Terang, previously owned by Mecwacare, on 1 December 2018 after Mecwacare approached them earlier this year.

CEO Lyndoch, Doreen Power says they have been open to adding new businesses to their portfolio for some time, but the purchase isn’t a change in their business strategy.

“We only consider additions where these are financially sound and fit into the Lyndoch values and vision,” she said.

Lyndoch currently has offices in Warrnambool, Hamilton and Portland employing over 400 staff and provides care and support services to over 3,500 clients and residents.
