Village operators: one stop Home Care risk compliance service

LexisNexis has just released its much awaited online Home Care module.

For a subscription fee of $100 per month, home care providers can have full access to the step-by-step process required to minimise compliance risks in providing or promoting home care services.

Also online are all obligations under the Aged Care legislation, plus the Home Care Common Standards and guidance on how providers can deal with issues related to care recipient’s decision making capacity.

Home care providers will welcome access to guidance on what home care providers will need to do when care recipients decide to change home care providers, creation and management of home care agreements and user rights.

Naturally it covers employment, privacy and WH&S.

LexisNexis updates the content as and when there are changes to the law, which is a great advantage given the rapid changes taking place in the Aged Care industry.
