Village salespeople ignoring highly valuable sales leads

Over the 14 days to 30 May visitors to villages.com.au sent 318 email requests for more information about village homes direct to retirement village operators.

All top quality sales leads but just 61% of these emails were opened by the salespeople they were emailed to. This means a potential of 130 sales were missed.
