In another sign that serviced apartments are on the upturn, the not-for-profit provider is expanding its existing Bethanie on the Park village at Menora with 48 new serviced apartments.
The new apartments will have either one or two bedrooms with a private lift lobby for each group of four apartments plus access to laundry and cleaning services, a 24 hour monitored emergency duress system and on-site Village Manager.
With construction due to start in August and be completed within 12 to 14 months, the apartments are priced from $450,000.
Menora is located about 5km from the Perth CBD, with Bethanie on the Park one of 24 retirement villages and aged care homes the provider runs in Western Australia.
