The Edenlife Australind land lease community has received a gong for excellence in seniors living at the Urban Development Institute of WA awards.
Located at the Kingston Residential Estate south of Perth near Bunbury, the 204-home community is currently in stage two development after opening last year; it was also nominated as a finalist in the Judge’s Award (Russel Perry Award for Urban Development Excellence) across all categories at the UDIA WA honours.
Edenlife CEO William Marshall says the award bolsters the developer’s reputation as a provider of quality assets for Aussie seniors.
“What we have developed is based on many years of experience both in built form and community operations to achieve a blank canvas to help mould and form an amalgam of life experiences into a strong and vibrant community facilitating a level of engagement that suits diversity.“
