13 not-for-profit and private organisations nominated 22 executives to attend our first intensive one day leaders of tomorrow workshop past week.

Nine speakers gave a discussion presentation on eight separate silos of the village and care business. The objective was to expand their understanding of the cross drivers of the sectors plus give them some leadership insights.

The speakers were Bruce merchant (Premier Consulting), Dr Peter Wilton (Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley), John McNamara (head of retirement and aged care, Bendigo bank), Penelope Eden and Robin Lyons (Minter Ellison), Mary Wood (executive Director, Retirement living Council), Tony Massaro(Director, PwC Real Estate) and Peter Murphy (CEO, Noetic).
