22 emerging executives attended leaders of tomorrow workshop sponsored by PwC and Minter Ellison

13 not-for-profit and private organisations nominated 22 executives to attend our first intensive one day leaders of tomorrow workshop past week.

Nine speakers gave a discussion presentation on eight separate silos of the village and care business. The objective was to expand their understanding of the cross drivers of the sectors plus give them some leadership insights.

The speakers were Bruce merchant (Premier Consulting), Dr Peter Wilton (Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley), John McNamara (head of retirement and aged care, Bendigo bank), Penelope Eden and Robin Lyons (Minter Ellison), Mary Wood (executive Director, Retirement living Council), Tony Massaro(Director, PwC Real Estate) and Peter Murphy (CEO, Noetic).

Top 20 village developers
People have been asking for the full Top 10 list of village developers following last week’s article. See the chart attached forth Top 20.

NOTE: the results have been assembled from multiple sources and are close to accurate – but we may be out by a few units here and there.

For 2015 we predict hat 2,500 units will be built and sold, taking the sector from 17,500 units to close 20,000 that will trade in the 12 months.

What does it tell us? We need to double the number of units built each year to maitain h
