$35M retirement village on the cards south of Darwin

Durack Gardens Retirement Living will feature 60 two- and three-bedroom units at Durack, 22km southeast of the Darwin CBD.

The private development is a joint venture between McMahon Services and Northern Commercial Construction.

Director David Cvirn (pictured) says the development is aimed at giving Territorians the option to stay in the region. Stage one is 18 units.
