ACH Group appoints new board member with digital experience

ANZ’s Head of Retail Assurance Ghislaine Entwisle is joining the Board of the Not For Profit retirement living, home care and residential aged care operator.
Ghislaine has more than 20 years of experience across private, public and non-government sectors with a strong focus on technology, transformation and improving customer outcomes, ACH Group said in a statement.
“With a background in commerce and information technology, she has governed major digital transformations to modernise digital platforms and make services easier to access and use, improving the overall customer experience journey, to ensure a seamless experience for customers,” the organisation said.
“She is a highly regarded, values-driven leader known for bridging the gap between rapid technological innovation and robust risk governance. Her leadership and expertise have been leveraged by global consulting firms including Accenture and Protiviti and she is currently the Head of Retail Assurance at ANZ bank.”
Adelaide-based ACH Group operates 12 retirement villages, seven residential aged care homes and provides home care for 2,035 seniors.
“I believe when technology works well, you don’t notice it because it supports our workforce to spend more time building relationships and providing care that really matters,” Ghislaine said.
“I look forward to contributing my experience to support ACH Group’s purpose of Good Lives for Older People.”
Ghislaine joins the ACH Group Board alongside Chair Imelda Lynch, Deputy Chair Tracey Scott, Treasurer Mark Balnaves and members Craig Holden, Robina Bradley, Scott Long and Michael Luchich.
