Baptistcare snares Russell Bricknell for Perth plus Marcia Balzer for Canberra

Russell Bricknell will leave his current role as CEO of Aged Care Channel to take on the CEO role at Baptistcare WA in April.

The move will see him return to his hometown of Perth after working with NSW and VIC-based provider Australian Home Care, BaptistCare NSW and ACT and Churches of Christ Care in QLD.

Baptistcare WA is one of the largest aged care operators in WA, employing over 1,500 staff at 14 nursing homes, nine retirement villages and a range of disability and mental health services.Baptist Care Australia’s national arm has also appointed Marcia Balzer as Executive Director, responsible for advocacy relocating to Canberra.
