Bolton Clarke has appointed an experienced non-executive director to its Board.
Annabelle Chaplain AM is chair of MFF Capital Investments and Canstar, as well as a director of Seven Group Holdings, Super Retail Group, and the Australian Ballet. She has worked across ASX-listed, public, private, and international sectors.
Bolton Clarke Chairman Pat McIntosh has welcomed Ms Chaplain’s appointment.
“Annabelle brings a highly relevant skills set which will be invaluable as Bolton Clarke embarks on its growth strategy. Her skills and experience neatly complement those of the existing board,” he said.
Bolton Clarke recently grew its footprint with the acquisition of private aged care operator Allity’s portfolio in a reported $700 million deal.
