Prominent aged care food caterer featured in Four Corners tainted food exposé
On Monday night the ABC's Four Corners program identified one aged care catering company that had been served nine improvement notices in the past three years.
The notices covered unhygienic conditions, expired food, pests, and unsafe food handling.
Led by ABC journalist Adele Ferguson, the caterer was lumped in with discussion on horse meat being included in minced lamb and beef, and illegal knackeries.
The company provides over 10 million meals a year across the aged care and health system.

This was Part One of a two-part series with the next scheduled for Monday night (3 August).
