Kim Teudt, Bolton Clarke General Manager Retirement Living, hailed the win as an “awesome achievement” for Ms Teevan.

“This is testament to the dedication and care Marcia shows to Milford Grange residents and the community atmosphere that enhances their lifestyle choice,” she said.

According to Ms Teevan, she is both grateful and lucky to have been honoured at the awards.

“My amazing residents make it so easy for me to come to work every day. Their wisdom, knowledge and support fuel my passion to assist them to live a life of fulfilment,” she said.
