Broadlands gets green light for $30M land lease community

With three land lease communities in NSW, the Corio Developments-owned operator has secured State Significant Development approval for a fourth venture.
Broadlands South West Rocks, located in the NSW Mid North Coast town, will feature:
- 101 land lease homes;
- Two communal facilities - two-storey communal building and single-storey maintenance shed;
- A central park with sheltered picnic settings;
- An outdoor pool, cabana and flexible open space;
- A dog off-leash park, pickleball court and sheltered picnic settings; and
- 26 visitor car parking spaces.

The estimated development cost is $30.2 million (excluding GST).
Corio Developments-owned Broadlands also has two other land lease developments “coming soon”: in Harrington, on the NSW North Coast, and Narooma, on the NSW South Coast.
Corio Developments had also been granted State Significant Development (SSD) approval for a $170 million development with 170 independent living units and 34 aged care suites in Rosebery, 6km south of the Sydney CBD.
Another $81 million SSD for 71 independent living units and a 12-bed residential care facility at Forest Lodge, 4km southwest of the CBD, is also under assessment.
