Vantage unveils latest over-50s lifestyle resort
- Display homes: Six new homes open at Vantage Lilywood
- Buyer appeal: Premium, low-maintenance homes drive demand
- Built in-house: Villaworld Homes delivers the range
- Growth continues: Two more Vantage launches ahead
AVID Property Group says it has found the formula for attracting buyers to its land lease communities.
The operator has opened the doors on the display village at its Vantage Lilywood land lease community in Caboolture in Queensland’s Moreton Bay region, 48km north of Brisbane.
“We have seen such a seamless and enthusiastic transition into our new homes from buyers in our other Vantage communities, so we’re excited to bring that same offering to the Caboolture market,” AVID Chief Executive Officer Anthony Demiris said.

The display village showcases six home designs, all constructed by AVID’s in-house builder, Villaworld Homes.
Each home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage, with layouts designed to maximise storage and open-plan living.

AVID General Manager Housing Peter Wood said the homes had been developed to balance premium finishes with practical, low-maintenance living.
“Our approach is centred on creating homes that feel welcoming without compromising on quality or sophistication,” Peter said.
“Every element has been carefully considered, from elevated ceiling heights through to materials selected for the South East Queensland climate.”
The launch also signals the start of a busy period for the Vantage brand, with display homes due to open shortly at its Vantage Logan Reserve community and a multi-million-dollar clubhouse nearing completion at Vantage Hervey Bay.
