The $4.39 million development proposal seeks to build a mix of 21 one- and two-storey villas and townhouses on a 4,000 square-metre patch of land as part of Sydney’s Western City District Plan.
Five residential buildings will be demolished to make room for the proposed homes if Fairfield City Council approves the plans.
Director of Dvyne Design – a company that has mostly worked on private residential homes – Peter Perras said the project is a response to an “increased demand” for seniors housing in the Fairfield local area.
