The US-based ERP software provider has signed an agreement with JCurve Solutions, a cloud-based business software platform as it looks to increase its share of the Australian market.
The platform is designed to provide a mobile-ready way for providers to manage field staff and for staff to manage on the ground operations – such as generating visits and services based on clients’ preferences and using in-built maps to get directions to the client address and stay in touch with the office – and can be used on any compatible device.
