Estia pushes for accountability – workforce and complaints

Estia CEO Norah Barlow is pressing for national standards for training of aged care workers, plus a register of all aged care workers – including those in home support – to ‘remove those who should not be in the sector.

Interestingly, Estia has taken the initiative to install an independent whistle blower hotline to report complaints.
