Estia’s departing CEO Norah Barlow to lead NZ’s Heritage Lifecare

Two months after handing in her resignation as CEO of Estia, Norah Barlow is revealed as the new CEO of NZ’s Heritage Lifecare, which operates 30 nursing homes with 2,204 residents.

Regarded as one of New Zealand’s leading businesswomen, she has been tapped on the shoulder by Australian private equity firm Adamantum Capital, who purchased Heritage earlier this year.
