Fine dining part of the new 90-bed Arcare Mollymook aged care home

COVID-19 Government regulations are making it difficult to organise an opening date for Arcare Mollymook but its Residence Manager Ernest Quetulio anticipates it to be early next month.

Arcare Mollymook, which will be the private operator’s 41st aged care residence in Queensland, NSW and Victoria, is a 90-bed facility 225km south-southwest of Sydney’s CBD.

“We have received a lot of interest already which is wonderful. COVID restrictions keep our opening date fluid so unfortunately there is no set date for each individual admission yet,” he said.

Arcare Mollymook has on site a café/café lounge and a private dining room complemented with fine dining set up.

“For us, the facility is not just a building, it will become a thriving group of residents and team members that add value to Milton/Ulladulla's healthcare system. We are creating well over 100 jobs and utilising local businesses where possible to support the local economy,” said Mr Quetulio.
