The $30 million project will deliver 52 two- and three-bedroom apartments – named The Cascades – across two five-storey buildings with a 58-space basement car park at the Not For Profit Garden Village Port Macquarie.
10 years in the planning, the development is being built by Watpac with its regional manager NSW Amos Frankel saying their team had been “steadfast” in its goal of delivering a quality project.
