Gay Retirement Village an Australian First

Australia’s first retirement village for gay, lesbian and transgender people will help tackle discrimination, it’s developer says. Bacchus Marsh-born Peter Dickson said the $26 million Linton Estate to be built in Ballan in regional Victoria will be marketed to the homosexual community but would welcome any “like-minded” or tolerant residents.
