Jessica Madden, the Operations Manager of De Paul Manor Estate on the Gold Coast has won LASA Retirement Village Manager of the Year.
LASA said that Jessica’s openness and diligence in responding to the concerns of residents had seen a huge improvement in resident satisfaction, largely due to her professional and friendly approach.
CEO Sean Rooney said Jessica embodied the high standards in customer service, sales and marketing, complaints and dispute resolution and robust operational management processes that the award celebrates.
“Jessica is passionate about supporting the residents of De Paul Manor Estate and is well liked and respected by residents, staff and management alike.”
