Education services provider Navitas has acquired Health Skills Australia, formerly Victorian Healthcare Training, who run online, classroom and workplace based courses for workers in aged care, disability and acute services in rural and regional Victoria and NSW. The consideration for the acquisition is $2 million increasing to $3.5 million if HSA meet earnings targets in the 2010 and 2011 financial years. HSA has been owned and operated by registered nurses, Chris and Tammy White.
