Japara launches 120-bed aged care home in inner Melbourne

Japara Healthcare is ready to launch its newest aged care home next month in Victoria after completing construction on Trugo Place, in Newport, 10km southwest of Melbourne.

Built to replace Japara’s Yarra West home, the 120-bed site will offer permanent residential care, respite care, palliative care services, dementia support, and an extensive lifestyle program.

Prices will start at $450,000 for a single room and range up to $850,000 for the premium Platinum room with separate living space.
