LDK welcomes residents to its first purpose-built $270M retirement living and aged care development in Canberra

Paul Browne’s vehicle with global real estate investment manager Cromwell has opened doors on its Greenway Views development after selling out Stage One of the project – which is transforming a former Department of Social Security (DSS) office into Australia’s largest seniors’ living development – during construction.

The 380-plus apartments will offer residents round-the-clock care under its One Move Promise® which guarantees residents will never need to move again, regardless of whether they have care needs now or into the future.

LDK CEO Byron Cannon (pictured) says they are also recording strong sales figures for the second stage.

“Greenway Views is our flagship project, it is delivering LDK’s vision for the future of seniors’ living and is our greatest opportunity to show the rest of Australia how we should be treating our seniors,” he said.

“Our vision is that every senior Australian will be treated with Love, Decency and Kindness in their ageing journey and those values underpin every aspect of Greenway Views.”
