CBRE National Director – Retirement & Healthcare Grant Gilbett

32 months after moving across from Colliers to the position of Senior Director, Grant Gilbett has moved up to the leadership role of National Director, Retirement and Healthcare Valuations within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Service.

He has 15 years’ experience as a valuer in the retirement village, aged care and specialised health (medical centres and private hospitals) sectors.

Internationally CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2015 revenue of $10.9B and more than 70,000 employees (excluding affiliate offices).
