Living Choice expands in Adelaide on back of UDIA win

Graham Hobbs and Ian Tregonings retirement group, Living Choice, has had its 140 apartment Fullarton development in Adelaide named Best Senior Living project at the 2015 UDIA (SA) Awards for Excellence.

Also in Adelaide they recently purchased the ailing Fernleigh Gardens Retirement Village in Woodcroft, comprising 129 villas and 28 apartments, where they are now building a two-storey leisure centre plus a further 84 villas and 18 apartments.
