LLC developer GemLife acquires first VIC and NSW properties in $20M East Coast expansion

The QLD-based operator says it is already making sales after splashing $20M on an 11.7ha site for 199 homes at Woodend VIC and an 11.6ha site with 170 homes at Lennox Head, NSW.

The greenfield properties will bring the total number of home plots under the GemLife brand to over 1,000 and will provide a range of resort-style community facilities, including a ten-pin bowling alley championship size bowling green and golf simulator.

The partnership between Living Gems Lifestyle Resorts and Singaporean company Thakral has already established two communities at Bribie Island and Highfields in QLD since announcing its launch last September.
