Lucy O’Flaherty appointed CEO of NSW-based Columbia Aged Care Services

Lucy O’Flaherty has been appointed CEO of NSW residential aged care provider Columbia Aged Care Services, replacing Tiffany Boys who has been in the role for the past 11 years.

Lucy was previously CEO of Glenview Community Services in Tasmania, where she oversaw the opening of the Korongee dementia village in Glenorchy in north Hobart. She stepped down as Glenview’s CEO in May last year after a decade in the role.

She won the AIM Not for Profit Manager of the Year award in 2016 and was named the Tasmanian Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2019.

Columbia Aged Care Services runs three residential aged care homes in Sydney (Strathfield, Marrickville and Chatswood) and in Oberon. 187km west of Sydney.
