Consent for the redevelopment of the Scottish Hospital site in the Sydney suburb of Paddington rests with the Planning Minister but Woollahra Council is pushing ahead with drafting planning principles for the site. The owners of Scottish Hospital, Presbyterian Aged Care, have held inspections and briefings which focused on two design alternatives for the site, one design incorporating a controversial nine stories. Presbyterian Aged Care plans to hold follow-up consultations next month.
