QLD: $70 million Fraser Coast RV village a hit with investors

The RV-focused development will be built at Maryborough with 210 homes with room to park RVs or caravans. More than 60 investors have poured $10.215 million into the venture, over-subscribing the capital raising by $2 million. Work on the development is scheduled to start in June.
