QLDs Blue Care opens its Azure Blue Carina development with 70% presales

Blue Cares second integrated retirement and aged care community developed under the Azure Blue brand is its largest village project with 98 apartments and villas. 65 residents moved in on opening. It also features a 128 bed aged care facility plus allied health services providing community care to the local region as a hub. Located in Brisbanes inner east, village units are priced from $465,000.

They have two more Azure Blue developments planned, in Stafford and Kawana, adding to 1,250 retirement units they currently operate.
