Robin Lyons and Minter Ellison lead village transactions

1 min read

Law firm Minter Ellison was deeply involved in both the big village transactions over Christmas. We were trying to finalise Robin Lyons and Penny Eden’s participation in our LEADERS OF TOMORROW workshop as part of the LEADERS SUMMIT but access was hard.

Turns out Minters were acting for Lend Lease in the negotiation and purchase of the Retirement Alliance portfolio and Minters was also acting for Infratil in the purchase of RetireAustralia.
Robin Lyons leads Minters’ national retirement practice. Minter’s Melbourne office handled the corporate side of the Infratil transaction and Minter offices in four states looked after Lend Lease on local issues.

(Robin and Penny will present the legal module of our one day intensive workshop for emerging executives on 18 March in Sydney before the LEADERS SUMMIT 19-20 March. Participation is limited to 25 executives. Email me at chrisb@villages.com.au if you would like a program).
