Sales open for Ryman’s Highett retirement village in Victoria

Construction is well underway on Ryman Healthcare’s $180 million Highett retirement village in Melbourne, with sales now open.

Located 15km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, the village was first announced in 2019 and will feature independent living units, assisted living, and co-located aged care with dementia care facilities. Amenities will include a cinema, hair and beauty salon, indoor swimming pool, and café.

The first complete building, for independent residents, is slated to open in a year’s time.
